What to provide: the source file, storage medium, recording device, voice samples, start and end times, documents and explanations.

voice and speech samples;
information about the recording conditions;
an appointment order, court ruling or draft questions.

Forwarding through messaging apps may change the file, so it is better to preserve the source file and storage medium for technical examination.
